An electrical engineer and a customer champion walk into a bar… 

 …in 2019 our co-founders sat down over a drink and the conversation led to them sharing stories of how they’d both had negative experiences when having their own chargepoints installed (installers not turning up or being late, poor quality work, no help with paperwork, grants, certificates and slow after care) – the concept for an alternative approach was born.

 The Car Charge People was founded by people with a shared passion for business and the environment who decided to play their part in reducing the effects of global warming by making it their mission to facilitate customer focussed, high quality, energy efficient and smart electric vehicle charge point installations. 

 We are electric car chargepoint specialists (the clue is in our name), we don’t do anything else so we don’t have other jobs to distract us and our installers are strictly vetted for quality.   Over the last few years we’ve helped hundreds of people and businesses with our independent advice, customer centric support and insistence on only partnering with the most innovative and highest quality EV technology providers from the UK and Europe.
